Dr Kate Stewart

Dr Kate has lived and breathed Chiropractic most of her life. Growing up in Bendigo, Regional Victoria she decided she was going to be a ‘Practor’ at the age of 4 laying down tissues on a beanbag for her family to get their ‘adjustments’.

Since graduating in 2005, Kate has worked in practices around Regional South Australia and Victoria. She has also locumed around Australia.

Having Chiropractic care from a few days of age, Kate understands the value of how Chiropractic care can contribute to a healthy and active life.

Kate’s passion for knowledge and learning about the human body has led her to obtain many post graduate certifications on top of her Chiropractic degree (BAppSci (Clin Sci), BChiroSC) including;

* Craniopath with Sacro-Occipital Technic

* Certified in Webster Technique

* Certified in Neuro-Emotional Technique

* Certification in Chiropractic Pediatrics with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA)

* Diplomat in Pediatric Neuro-Development with High Distinction

With a special interest in pregnancy and children, Kate also enjoys working with a team approach with other health modalities to ensure the best outcome.

Kate brings a long history of high level competitive sport through local, national and international level with Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit. This drives her to support any client with any level of sport whether it’s a couch to 5km or the highest level of competition.

Dr Emily Ross

Senior Associate Chiropractor

Dr Emily’s keen interest in Chiropractic began as a child after seeing, first hand, the Chiropractic care her dad received after a back injury.  Sure enough, young Emily would jump on the adjusting table herself and soon decided that a profession that centred around helping people be their best version of themselves was for her.

After growing up in Bendigo Dr Emily moved to Melbourne to pursue her studies in Chiropractic and worked as a remedial massage therapist during her university years, deepening her understanding of how the body moves and functions.

Dr Emily’s special interest in Pediatric Chiropractic has seen her complete post graduate studies through Inspiral Chiropractic on top of her 5 year Chiropractic degree.

Dr Emily loves to see all ages and continues to expand her knowledge with further studies in Women’s Health, Sacro-Occipital Technique and Neuro-Emotional technique.

Outside of her work at Embrace, Dr Emily loves exploring her local area down on the Pennisula and hiking with her beloved two dogs Bootsy and Archie.
